• Verification Anonymity: Current employers may verify employees with their identity revealed or kept secret.
• Blacklisting: Current employers may blacklist employees by providing evidence such as videos, FIR copies, or other relevant documents. The admin will review the evidence before approval.
• Public Blacklist: Once approved, blacklisted employee data becomes publicly accessible on the platform.
• Accuracy and Truthfulness: Employers agree to ensure the accuracy and truthfulness of submitted information.
• Platform Facilitation: Eknewon Pvt Ltd acts only as a platform facilitating information exchange and blacklist administration.
• Liability: Eknewon Pvt Ltd is not liable for damages or losses arising from the employee verification or blacklisting services.

2. Vehicle and Employee Data Management Tool

Our vehicle and employee data management tool is provided free of charge to help users organize and manage their vehicle and employee data and documents.

• Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of uploaded data.
• Eknewon Pvt Ltd does not guarantee the security of stored data and documents.
• Users are responsible for maintaining login credential confidentiality.

3. Document Reminder Service

Our document reminder service allows users to set reminders for important documents.

• Users are responsible for ensuring reminder information accuracy.
• Eknewon Pvt Ltd is not liable for missed deadlines, penalties, or consequences due to reminder failures.
• Users are solely responsible for managing their reminders.

4. Trip Management Module

Our platform allows users to manage, bulk upload, and update trip data.

• Users are responsible for the accuracy of uploaded trip data and comments.
• Eknewon Pvt Ltd is not responsible for operational disruptions, financial losses, or miscommunications caused by incorrect trip data or downtime.

5. Driver Assign and Tracking Module

This module allows users to link vehicles to drivers, capture sensitive details, track vehicles, and send authentication links.

• Users guarantee they have obtained valid consent from drivers before uploading personal data or documents.
• Eknewon Pvt Ltd acts only as a data processor and is not liable for privacy disputes.

6. Repair Module

Our platform provides a tool to log and track vehicle repairs and maintenance.

• Eknewon Pvt Ltd provides this module as an informational tracking tool only.
• Users are solely responsible for vehicle maintenance, safety, and compliance.

7. Sub-User Management

Our platform allows the primary account holder to create and manage sub-user accounts.

• The primary account holder is responsible for all actions performed by sub-users.
• The primary account holder must manage permissions and ensure compliance with these terms.

General Terms

• Eknewon Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
• Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Personal information may be collected and used as described in our Privacy Policy.

Account Suspension and Termination

Eknewon Pvt Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice for misuse, fraudulent activity, defamatory content, or violation of these terms.

Indemnification
